Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a thorough inspection interior throughout the entire basement and first floor and really didn’t notice too much activity going on other than in the living room area where we noticed some ant activity but I applied ant gel Bait in the area to help eliminate it. Next I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement and first floor along the baseboards as a preventative for all general pest. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Today I completed your Sentricon termite bait station installation. It was nice meeting you today. After an inspection of the exterior, no active termites was found. 21 Sentricon termite bait stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home and rear deck. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. As advised, you still might see another swarm or 2 over the next few weeks which is normal. But you should expect a decrease in any termite activity in the next 60-90 days. If you’ll like an interior inspection please contact our office and we’ll be happy to conduct one.
